The size and layout of the room, plus kitchenette were exceptionally designed.
The bathroom was small, and the checkout personnel couldn't communicate well, but he was nice.
For a quick stop over or an extended stay, this hotel has most of the amenities you could want. If you need a gym or 24 hour room service, than then Real Residencia isn't for you. But if you're looking for comfort and convenience, and you're either a business traveler or a small family, then Real Residencia will surpass your expectations. One block to Cortes de Ingles for upscale shopping, movies and the supermarket or a leisurely stroll to the zoo and the heart of the city, Real Residencia will be hard to beat! ...read more
